• Goal: posture, ribs/hips, elegant arm pathways
Spins, Preps and Balance (45min)
• Goal: safe preps, consistent singles, intro doubles, controlled stops
Musicality, Arms & Expression (45min)
• Goal: interpret highs/lows, add texture; shine toolkit for social moments
Closing Mindfulness Circle (20min)
